option allows
you to add a line between any two points on a stereonet or rosette plot
view. To add a Line Segment:The Line Segment option allows
you to add a line between any two points on a stereonet or rosette plot
view. To add a Line Segment:
Select Line Segment
from the toolbar or the Tools
menu.
In the active view, enter the first point graphically with the mouse.
As you move the mouse, a line will connect the first point to the current cursor location.
Enter the second point graphically with the mouse and the line segment will be added to the view.
After a Line Segment has been added, it can be moved, re-sized, formatted, etc. See the Edit Tools Overview topic for details.
NOTE: a multi-segment polyline can be added with the Polyline tool option.
