Remove Column

The Remove Column b_remove_column.gif option is used to remove Extra Columns from the spreadsheet. Remove Column is available in the toolbar or the Edit menu when the Grid View is the active view.

To remove Extra Columns:

  1. Click the mouse on the title (header) of the Extra Column that you wish to remove.

  2. Select Remove Column b_remove_column.gif from the toolbar or the Edit menu.

  3. A warning dialog will appear. Select Yes to remove the column.

To remove multiple Extra Columns at once, you can select multiple column titles with the mouse and select Remove Column.

NOTE:
