A Rosette Plot is always initially generated using a horizontal (equatorial) base plane. NORTH will appear at the top just as in the stereonet. The rosette arcs will have the same apparent strike (= actual strike) as the great circles (planes) in the stereonet.
A Rosette Plot can be customized with the following options in the Rosette Options dialog:
Rosette Options is available in the View menu (when a Rosette Plot is displayed in the active view), or by right-clicking on a Rosette Plot.
